Duo Des Articulés

The partnership between Marine Buridant and Alexandre Astruc, also known as Nestor, was established in early 2018. They underwent training in handstand techniques with Lucien Beautour and contortion skills with Ericka Maury-Lescoux, a renowned contortionist from the duo Les Mandragores.

As a result of their combined abilities, they are able to offer a diverse range of performances, including a contortion duo act (close to a hand to hand act), an aerial silk act, and a handstand canes act. Additionally, they each have their own solo contortion act. Consequently, they can present a variety of shows throughout an evening, often consisting of one or two acts, followed by moments of spectacle such as performing handstands on furniture or executing front and back walkovers among the audience.

During their trip to Ukraine, they had the opportunity to refine their skills and acquire new contortion figures, which they incorporated into their latest act. This act was specially designed for their contortion table, showcasing their improved abilities and newly learned techniques.
