Artwork can be done with:
a) more permanent colors ( not easy to wash with a pressure machine)
b) acrylic: those colors can stay much longer on the surface than tempera and fade with time. Colors can be removed with a pressure machine)
c) tempera: those colors are easily removed with water and rain.
Regarding the surface condition and details of the project, I will suggest the best option for colors.
*The 3D effect/illusion of the painting is experienced only by looking at it from a single spot and through a lens (mobile phone camera, camera, single lens, video camera)
*After the painting is done I will mark that position for visitors
*While painting, the content is adjusted to the current conditions on the surface and areas that can be painted: e.g. manholes, gutters, large cracks in the surface, etc.
